Euro Project

The main objective of the project is the creation and development of a new plant for the production of luxury polymeric lighting fixtures. It will be achieved through production, commercialization and market realization of 7pcs. different models having the character of new end products: Semi-sphere large; Semi-sphere small; Cylinder; A cup; Circus; Bullet and Cone. They differ from each other in design, shape, color, and so on.

Two activities will be carried out within the project:

1) Implementation of the Entrepreneurial Ideas- n the framework of the activity,3 experts will be hired as one person with disabilities.The activity continues with the selection and hiring of a production premises in the municipality of Troyan.A procedure for selection of a tangible fixed assets provider will be carried out in parallel. Will be purchased and implemented Vacuum Forming System- 1pc. consisting of 8 related components,the expert staff will be involved in the development of 7pcs. different polymer compositions and optimal production programs - 7 pcs. on the basis of which hulls will be produced for new products.After equipment setup and trial launches, the company will launch the actual production of 7 different models of luxury polymer luminaires that have the character of new end products.To promote sales and commercialization of the production, a contractor will be selected to develop a marketing plan for the marketing of polymeric luminaires - 1pc. Its presence will give an objective view of the market situation and will be marked approaches for increasing the competitiveness of the company.The activity ends with creation and launching on the web site of the enterprise.

2) Project preview -The activities will be implemented with strict observance of the requirements for visualization, awareness and publicity. Upon completion of the project, the company will retain on contract and under the same conditions all members of the project team, including the disabled person.
